1. What Fundseta Is — and Is Not
Fundseta is an independent partner of Advance Funds Network (AFN) and National Corporate Credit (NCC). Our role is limited to providing information and routing interested business owners to an appropriate funding partner's application. We are not a lender, do not originate or fund loans or advances, do not set rates or terms, and do not make any credit or underwriting decisions. All funding decisions are made solely by the applicable funding partner.
2. No Guarantee of Funding
Nothing on the Site is a commitment, offer, or promise to provide funding. Eligibility indications shown on the Site are informational only and do not constitute approval. Whether you receive funding — and on what terms — is determined entirely by the funding partner after their own review and approval process. Funding amounts, timelines, and program requirements are set by the funders and may change at any time.
3. No Upfront Fees to You
Fundseta does not charge business owners an upfront fee to use the Site or to be connected with a funding partner. Be cautious of anyone claiming to represent Fundseta who requests upfront payment from you in exchange for guaranteed funding.
4. The Eligibility Check
The eligibility questions on the Site are provided to help route you toward an appropriate funding path. They run in your browser, and we do not store or transmit your answers. The results are general guidance only, are not a credit decision, and do not involve a hard credit pull. Checking your funding path on the Site does not affect your credit score.
5. Handoff to Funding Partners
When you choose to proceed, you will be directed to a funding partner's own application and website. Your relationship at that point is with the funding partner, and your application is governed by that partner's terms, privacy policy, and disclosures. Fundseta is not responsible for the products, decisions, conduct, rates, terms, or privacy practices of any funding partner.
6. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Content on the Site, including any economic or industry information, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making financing decisions for your business.
7. Eligibility to Use the Site
