These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at fundseta.com (the "Site"), operated by Fundseta ("Fundseta," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What Fundseta Is — and Is Not
Fundseta is an alternative funding marketplace. Our role is to help owners compare programs and continue to a provider application when a path is open. We route interested business owners to an appropriate funding provider's application. We are not a lender, do not originate or fund loans or advances, do not set rates or terms, and do not make any credit or underwriting decisions. All funding decisions are made solely by the applicable funding provider.
2. No Guarantee of Funding
Nothing on the Site is a commitment, offer, or promise to provide funding. Eligibility indications shown on the Site are informational only and do not constitute approval. Whether you receive funding — and on what terms — is determined entirely by the funding provider after their own review and approval process. Funding amounts, timelines, and program requirements are set by the funders and may change at any time.
3. No Upfront Fees to You
Fundseta does not charge business owners an upfront fee to use the Site or to be connected with a funding provider. Be cautious of anyone claiming to represent Fundseta who requests upfront payment from you in exchange for guaranteed funding.
4. The Eligibility Check
The eligibility questions on the Site are provided to help route you toward an appropriate funding path. They run in your browser. Fundseta does not receive those answers from the check. If a path is open, a button sends you to a funding provider's own application. The on-screen result is general guidance only, is not a credit decision, and does not involve a hard credit pull. Checking your funding path on the Site does not affect your credit score. Clicking through to a provider is not an approval.
5. Handoff to Funding Providers
When you choose to proceed, you will be directed to a funding provider's own application and website. Your relationship at that point is with the funding provider, and your application is governed by that provider's terms, privacy policy, and disclosures. Fundseta is not responsible for the products, decisions, conduct, rates, terms, or privacy practices of any funding provider.
6. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Content on the Site, including any economic or industry information, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making financing decisions for your business.
7. Eligibility to Use the Site
The Site is intended for business owners in the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
8. Acceptable Use

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
